Northern Territory visitor touch points

Visitors to Darwin and Alice Springs use a number of ‘touch points’ in the Northern Territory to access information about a product or service, or to make a booking or purchase. This report examines the touch points and their usefulness in encouraging bookings and/or purchase decisions for accommodation, food and dining, transport and activities/experiences.
