Visitor perceptions of the ACT
The nation’s capital, Canberra, is filled with all types of fun and interesting things to do. Just over two million domestic overnight travellers visited Canberra in 2013. This study examines a selection of Canberra’s identified perception gaps, its appeal and barriers to travel. With these results, the ACT tourism industry is better equipped to enhance their tourism product offering and maximise the tourism potential of the Canberra region.
